He is survived by: his parents, Donald Jarvela and Louise Jarvela (Sharp); his fiancée Tammy DeCent; his children, Doug Jarvela (Susan) of Baxter and Trista Jarvela of St. Cloud; his stepchildren, Jerry DeCent (Jill) of Ironton, Christopher DeCent (Ashley) of Crosby, Joey DeCent of Crosby, Kyler DeCent (Meredith) of Deerwood, Ashley DeCent of Brainerd and Breauna DeCent of Crosby; and his siblings, Greg Jarvela (Kay) of Crosby, Bruce Jarvela (JoAnne) of Crosby, Diane Francis (Gene) of Merrifield and Kris Shattuck of Crosby. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren.
