He is survived by: his children, Forrest LaPorte (Morgan) of Crookston, MN, Harrison LaPorte-Lewis of Crookston, MN and Chantal LaPorte-Lewis of Climax, MN; his pet Tyson; his wife Sheila Marie LaPorte; his granddaughter Paisley Boman; and his brother Tom Lewis (Gail) of Eastham, MA.. He is also survived by his wife, children.
