We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Sylvia Marie Magsam of Crookston, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Bye and Helen Bye (Engelhart); her brothers, Robert "Skip" Bye and Ronnie Bye; her parents-in-law, Merle and Marie Magsam; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Wiltse, Beatrice Kramer, Carol Porter, Alice Halverson, George Magsam and Arlene Magsam.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Magsam of Crookston; her children, Troy Magsam (Amy Hovey) of Crookston and Tracey Knutson (Justin) of Crookston; her grandchildren, Hunter Knutson (Jenna Seaver), Skyla Magsam (Brady Brott), Carley Knutson (Cade Deleon) and Teagan Hovey; her siblings, Chuck Bye (Sue), Carol Ann Futch (Jim), Darrell Bye (Val), Rick Bye (Carol), Jan Gustafson (Jeff) and Bill Bye (Tracy); and her siblings-in-law, Mikal Bye, Dave Magsam, Duane Magsam (Joyce), Stuart Magsam (Debbie) and Judy Magsam. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Stenshoel-Houske Funeral & Cremation Service (615 S Minnesota St, Crookston, MN 56716). A Mass will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (702 Summit Ave N, Crookston, MN 56716).
