He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Dowdle (Betty); his parents, Ed Caillier and Maria Caillier (LaFromboise); and his siblings, Marion Plante (Louis), Lucy, Lorraine, Annette Fournier (Tom), Josephine Boucher (Harvey), Elayne Hannah (Les), Joseph, Bob (Esther), Jerry (Pat), Paul (Jeanette) and Norman (Mary).
He is survived by: his children, Edward Caillier (Linda) of Vadnais Heights, MN, Daniel Caillier (Elena) of Gentilly, MN, Craig Caillier (Renee) and Cheryl Amiot (Dale) of Brooklyn Park, MN; his grandchildren, Aaron, Timothy, Ross, Jeffrey, Jordan, Katie, Kelly, Jessica and Jacob; and his sister Yvonne Marra of Phoenix. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (702 Summit Ave N, Crookston, MN 56716). A Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
