He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Blokzyl and Helen Blokzyl; his siblings, Charlie Blokzyl and Eunice Schulz; and his son Jeff Brenna.
He is survived by: his wife Rona Blokzyl; his children, Mark Blokzyl, Lori Benson, Jill Cook (Brian) and Tom Brenna; his grandchildren, Ryan, Luke Blokzyl, Jeffery, Jonathan Brenna, Chad Gaunt and Adam Cook; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Auburn and Griffin Gaunt.
