He was predeceased by: his son Robert "Rob"; his parents, Leonard and Regina; his siblings, David Svedahl and Doris Hunt; his parents-in-law, Henry and Delia Fortier; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Svedahl and Maryln Larsen.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Fortier; his son Richard of Havre, MT; his grandsons, Aidan Svedahl and Bridger Svedahl of Havre; his siblings, Lilah Wang of Fertile, MN and Clifford Svedahl of Cloquet, MN; his niece Rose Larsen of Fountain Hills, AZ; and his brother-in-law Theodore Fortier of Underwood, MN. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, relatives, and a host of friends.
