She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Melby; her parents, Otto Bergan and Edith Bergan; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn Vann, Richard E. Melby and Dorothy Melby.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Wikoff (David) of Edina, MN, Kris Derosier (Eddie) of Crookston, Mark Melby (Leigh) of Brainerd, MN and Mary Andersen (Peter) of River Falls, WI; her grandchildren, Peter Wikoff (Ellie Walton), Sam Wikoff, Tyler Derosier, Sarah Cota (Tyler), Ross Andersen, Karl Andersen (Samantha), Spencer Melby and Peyton Melby; her great grandchild Lola Rae Wikoff; and her sisters, Mary Vann of LaGrange, IL, Jean Torgerson (Gary) of Moorhead, MN and Kay DeRoos (Roger) of Vancouver, WA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Nancy's name to the Trinity Lutheran Church, United Way of Crookston, or a charity of the donor's choice.
