He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl William and Mable Magnuson (Parker); his brother Dennis; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Luella Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Kari Lu; his wife Diane; his son-in-law Steve Bernardy; his grandsons, Kyle and Ryan; his sister Mavis Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey Magnuson, Dale, Marlene Johnson, Peggy, David Engh, Betty and Jack Hautaluoma. He is also survived by son cousins, nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends.
