It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daryl Everett Schumacher (Crookston, Minnesota), who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Schumacher and Helen Schumacher (Stellon); his parents-in-law, Arnold and Carolyn Person; his siblings-in-law, LeAnn Palmer and Howard Person; and his niece Brittny Schumacher.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Schumacher of Crookston, MN; his children, John Schumacher (Rita) of Crookston, MN, Chad Schumacher (Amy Graham) of River Falls, WI and Kari Schumacher (Dusty Howlett) of Crookston, MN.; his grandchildren, Kayla Schumacher, Anna Hviding (Tyler) and Derrick Schumacher; his great grandchildren, Holden and Stella Hviding; and his siblings, Terry Schumacher (Belinda) of Franklin, TN, Charles Schumacher (Lynn) of Redondo Beach, CA, Pam Olson (Wayne) of Crookston, MN and Brian Schumacher (Lisa) of Crookston, MN. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (217 S Broadway, Crookston, MN 56716). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Grace Lutheran Church in Crookston, MN.
