He is survived by: his wife Norma Hazel Bakken; his son Jeff (Jody); his daughter-in-law Jody Van Horn of Park Rapids, MN; his grandsons, Jeric Van Horn of Detroit Lakes, MN and Jake Van Horn of Grand Rapids, MN; his niece Sandra Stalemo; and his pet Jack.
