He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arthur and Selma Marie Sedlander (Stoner); his grandson Charles William Sedlander; and his siblings, John and Evelyn Turnock.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Niesen; his children, Sarah and Bryan (Mona); his grandchildren, Andrew and Bailey Hazen (Matt); his great grandchildren, Paisley, Kinsley, Emberley and Novaley; and his brother-in-law Doug Niesen (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
