He is survived by: his wife Deb Schmidt; his children, Jenna L. Silva (James) and Jared B. Schmidt; his grandchildren, Kayley, Kelsy, Ava and Maddie; his sister Carolyn Woller; and his former wife Debra Wills. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
