She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Prairie and Marie Prairie (Hayes); her husband Jim Cole; her son Jeff Cole; and her sister Corrine Bahn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deb Breyfogle (Roger) of Cottonwood, Laurie Kuyper (Myron) of Brandon, SD, Becky Kerkvliet (Doug) of Custer, SD and Barbie Cole-Deutz (Josh) of Cottonwood; her brothers, Duane Prairie (Anita) of Minneapolis, Les Prairie (Kelly) of Ormond Beach, FL and Greg Prairie (Linda) of La Crosse, WI; and her brother-in-law Herman Bahn of Wood Lake. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (123 E Main St, Cottonwood, MN 56229). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Cemetery (126 Front St, Cottonwood, MN 56229).
