He was predeceased by: his father James; his former wife Emma; his children, Kathleen Cole and Mark; his children-in-law, Traci Sapp, Marcia Sapp and Greg George; his grandsons, Mark Sapp Jr. and James Roth Jr.; his great grandchild Artemis Cole; and his brothers, Larry, Thomas and James Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Wallace Jr. (Jodi), ParisLynne George and Kristine Frank (Rodney); and his siblings, Randall Sapp, Gene Sapp and Sandy Martin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
