He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Melgard and Ruth Melgard (Ambrosen); and his wife Lenore Anderson. He is survived by: his sons, Steve (Janice) of St. Paul, MN and Michael (Pat Gillen) of Scandia, MN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Bloedorn (Jeff), Karen Melgard, Tracy Steele (Scott), Kari and Amy Conroy; his great grandchildren, Emma, Luke, Lilly, Ardun, Mason, Alaina, Emmett, Anthony, Blake, Mya, Mariah, Jaycee, Jaida and Gabriella; and his sister Yvonne Hale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
