It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tristen L. Hilgardner of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, born in Northfield, Minnesota, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ted Hilgardner. He is survived by: his father Brian Hilgardner (Cari); his siblings, Chance, Abby, Maddie, Olivia and Justice; his grandparents, Clare Hilgardner, Dave and LuAnn Schroeder; his uncle Matt Hilgardner (Nicki); and his aunts, Kristina Hilgardner (Tom Handrich) and Lisa Bruhn (Nathan). He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In support of Tristen's struggles throughout his life, his family is kindly requesting memorials be given to help support Suicide Awareness and Drug Addiction Centers in his memory.
