We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2020, at the age of 72, Thomas Dack of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, born in Sandstone, Minnesota passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dack and Phyllis Dack (Creighton); and his wife Jane Bletsoe. He is survived by: his children, Bill (Suzie), Rob (Lisa), Scott (Audrey) and Tanya Dack (Brian). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; five brothers; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings while abiding to a 50% capacity at the facility.
