He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Ashley, Angelique, Amnesty and Steven; his grandchildren, Jack Curtis and Josephine Curtis; his siblings, Scott (Jolie) and Melanie (Richard); his girlfriend Cheryl Brown; his girlfriend's child Kelly Taylor; his grandchildren, William Taylor Jr. (Rafaela), Carmen Taylor (Jorge) and Ellyssa Taylor; and his great grandchild Luna Rose Taylor. He is also survived by many brothers from LVMC; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
