She was predeceased by: her parents, MaryAnn and William; her siblings, Colleen Carrigan and Tim Carrigan; and her nieces, Ryan and Becky.
She is survived by: her husband Leon "Kip" Smith; her son David Smith; her siblings, Theresa Flum (Steve), Kevin Carrigan, Shawn Carrigan (Colleen), Pat Carrigan (Karen), Kelly Carrigan, Dee Christen (Ossie) and Amy Sterling (Todd); and her sister-in-law Karen Smith. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
