She was predeceased by: her parents, Algot Strom and Luella Strom (Norstad); and her children, Lori Lynn and Earl Hembree. She is survived by: her children, Lon Hembree (Candace Bowering) and Lisa Cross (Chester); her granddaughter Talitha Martinez (Craig); and her sister Mary Dyrud (Loeill). She is also survived by many other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Parkinson Research Foundation in memory of Sandi.
