He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brown and Laurice Brown; and his brother Roger Brown. He is survived by: his sons, Matt (Sara) and Jason (Michael); his grandchildren, Isabella, Dylan and Ryder; his girlfriend Sandy; his brothers, Robert (Kim) and Rodney (Susan); and his stepchildren, Molly, Mindy and Mark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and countless friends, and his fur baby cats.
"Hooper drives the boat Chief" When he met someone new, he would shake their hand and say "I have three rules, don't steal my stuff, don't lie to me and don't puke on my shoes" While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings while abiding to a 50% capacity at the facility.
