He was predeceased by: his father Ray Zilla; and his close friend Darren Cole. He is survived by: his son Michael Zilla; his mother Brenda Zilla; his siblings, Paul Zilla (Diane), Veronica Zilla and David Zilla (Anna); his close friend Michelle McPhillips; his niece Megan Zilla; his nephews, Justin Zilla and Adam Zilla; and his friend Fred Lynskey.
