He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sullivan and Willmette Sullivan; and his brother Floran. He is survived by: his wife Karren; his sons, Kevin (Vicky Phillips), Dan (Michelle) and Rick (Vicki); his grandchildren, Kaitlin (David), Jack, Jacob, Megan and Tom; his brother John "Jack"; and his sister-in-law Jan Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
