He was predeceased by: his wife Roma; his parents, C. O. Solberg and Emily Solberg; his sister Corrine Flascher; his nephew Derek Solberg; and his siblings-in-law, Olaf, Gladys Hovda and Clayton Hovda.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Solberg (Bree), Tanya Solberg, Mark Pearson and Maria Michaels (Paul Grobel); his grandchildren, Matthew Rutherford, Zachary Feldman, Raven Stoll, Tony Pearson (Yussell), Alyssa Jacobs (Mike) and Anna Johnson (Brandon); his siblings, Marianne Howard (Lauren) and Carl Solberg (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Hovda and David Hovda (Ann). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
