He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dassow and Clara Dassow; his brother Edgar Dassow; and his son-in-law Donald Fink. He is survived by: his wife Lucille "Lucy" Lefeber; his brother Dale Dassow (Vernell); his children, Daniel Dassow (Barb), Linda Fink (David Hoffman) and John Dassow (Avni Pandya); his grandchildren, Megan Dassow, Lauren Dassow, Nicole Garner (Rob) and Robert Driscoll (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Garrett Strange (Kate Daniels), Brooke Sharma (Nikhil), Torrin Strange, Finn Driscoll, Nora Driscoll, Emma Driscoll and Nate Driscoll.
