He was predeceased by: his mother Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Ferrol; his children, Taylor, Bridget, Chase and Ryan; his father Irv; his brothers, Mike (Lisa) and Ken (Terri); his grandmother Gladys; and his nieces, Lia and Gretchen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
