It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard James Tanner (Cottage Grove, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Tanner and Anna Tanner (Ness); and his siblings, John and Kay Marra. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bathke; his children, LeighAnn Kearney (Brian), Bob and Rick (Tou); his grandchildren, Shaun, Brandon (Alexa), Tyler Kearney, Savannah and Leif Tanner; and his sister Jean Eide.
