He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick and Jenny. He is survived by: his wife Rita (Battaiola); and his siblings, Joseph (Spinali), Phyllis (Spinal-Robinson) and Chris (Spinal-Grabiel).

In place of flowers, donations are preferred to The Listening House of St. Paul, a favorite charity of Dick and Rita.
