He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Binder and Glenn Binder; his wife Dottie Binder; and his siblings, Jeff Binder and Anita Peper.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Binder (Sharon), Roxie Kidder (Bob), Pam Higgins (Terry) and Tony Binder; and his brother Eugene Binder. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Private family service and interment are being held due to COVID-19 restrictions.
