She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Katrinak and Martin Katrinak; her former husband Ray Betts; her husband George Boldt; her brothers, John, Thomas, Matthew and George Katrinak; and her stepsons, Steve and David Boldt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Popso, Mary Dukovic, Delores Dukovich and Al Katrinak; her children, Robert "Bob" Betts (Cathy), Geralyn Brickzin (Mike), Barb Kryzer (Mark) and Jane O'Donnell (Terry); her grandchildren, Ray, Joshua, Theresa, Molly, Kyle, Rory, Kerry, Kelcey and Matthew; and her stepchildren, Diane Schmidt (Tom), Susan Walton (Jerry), Donna Thielen, Jim Boldt (Mary), Barb Gibson (George), Bryan Boldt (Sue), Joe Boldt (Christine), Donna Proulx Boldt and Judy Schaber Boldt. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
