She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Kozlowski; her mothers, Grace Rowan and Irene Kozlowski; her brother Mike Rowan; her sister-in-law Joan Zdanski; and her daughter-in-law Mary Kozlowski.

She is survived by: her children, Andrew J. Kozlowski II, Stephanie Pederson (Jack Mancini) and Michael Kozlowski (Kathy); her grandchildren, Josh Kozlowski (Rosie), AJ Kozlowski (Jane), Charlie Kozlowski, Amy Olson (Marc) and Kayla Zebott (Tim); her great grandchildren, Sierra, Bella, Austin and Mason; her brother John Rowan; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Kay Rowan and Steve Zdanski. She is also survived by many nieces nephews, family and friends.
