He is survived by: his children, Jay (Jeri), John (Kellie) and Denise; his granddaughters, Isabelle and Kjirsten; and his siblings, Robert, Kenneth, Margaret Fish, Donna Morrison and Katherine Gray. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
