He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Pulkrabek; and his stepfather Gary Pulkrabek. He is survived by: his father Leslie Kanada; his stepmother Bonita Kanada; and his sisters, Christine Kanada, Amy Kanada, Lisa ReMine and Sara Kanada. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
