With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Blesener (Cottage Grove, Minnesota), who passed away on August 7, 2018 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ostby and Marie Ostby; her mother-in-law Mildred Blesener; her uncle Soren Ostby of Spearfish, SD; and her aunt Lucille Sanford of South St.
She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Kaitlyn Melson (Jay) of West Salem, WI. and Ross of Roseville, MN; her grandchildren, Hailey Nolan, Macie Nolan and James Nolan; her siblings, Lon (Nell) of Wilmington, NC, Linda Featherstone (Bruce) of Hastings, MN, Kristy Oberpriller (Jeff) of South St and Jodi Mezaros (Emre) of Woodbury, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Blesener (Kathleen) of Elk River, MN, Rose Blesener (Bill Daly) of St. Cloud, MN, Joanne McCabe (Tom) of Madelia, MN. and Anita Shikoski (John) of New. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family for distribution to the various organizations.
