She was predeceased by: her son Drake Gengnagel; and her brother Neil Applequist. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Gengnagel; her children, Curt Gengnagel (Christy Kuehn) and DeAnna Nelson; her grandchildren, Kent, Alyssa and Leah; and her great grandchildren, Daisy, Scarlett and Wren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
