He was predeceased by: his brothers, Marvin and Jerome. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Kathy Abts (Doug Peters), Deb Lane (Peter), Jim Jr. (Joy) and Barb Johnson (Chris); his grandchildren, Ian, Maggie, Rachel, Colleen (Jason), Evan (Erin), Nina, Molly, Aidan, Emily Marcus, Raelea and Zoe; his great grandchildren, Calvin, Scarlett and Jade; and his siblings, Elaine, Rosie, Rheda and Jake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to, Our Lady of Peace Hospice.
