He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira III and Florence; his niece Karen Blakely; his brother-in-law Clifford Turner; and his niece Marcia Turner Pratt.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Ira V (Angela) and Jessica Kottke (Shawn); his grandchildren, Ira VI, Mitchell, Owen, Asher and Nina; his sister Martha Romaniello (Paul); and his pet Rosie.
