He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hovde and Lorraine Hovde; his brother Jim Hovde; and his cousin Shirley Barringer. He is survived by: his daughter Annie Throndsen (Neil) of Cottage Grove; his granddaughter Finley; his sister Roberta Hovde of Minneapolis; his aunt Carmen Harris of Red Wing; and his cousin Gordy Barringer of Minneapolis.
