It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Louise Nelson in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Nelson; and her siblings, Mae, Luella, Belvia, Rena, Mona, Otto, Fred, Dana and Glen.
She is survived by: her son Willard; her brother Kenneth Tjaden of St. Paul, Minnesota; and her children, Karen Kitt (Doug) of San Francisco, CA, Philip Nelson (Mary King) of Woodinville, WA, Mary Moe (Chris) of St. Paul Park, MN, Amy Krussow (Randy) of Cottage Grove, MN and Peter Nelson (Diane). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be scheduled later in the year, due to Covid-19 considerations.
