He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Mitchell and Suzanne Warner (Rob); and his grandchildren, Bill Mitchell (Melissa), Colleen Murray (Mike), Sarah Lewis (Garrett) and Tom Warner (Amanda). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
