It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Arthur Strege of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, who passed away on August 7, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Strege and Amelia Strege; his wife Vivian; his daughter-in-law Sharon Strege; and his close friend Claire Froelich.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Angela), Keith (Arlene), Kathie Fitzenberger, Kyle (Debra) and Kent (Carol); and his sisters, Betty Hornbacher and Carol Gerber. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
