He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Frieda; his daughter Sonia; and his sisters, Maxine Siegel and Bernice White.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet Goerdt; his children, Sheila Hilo (Ab), Terry Marquardt (Gary Donahue), Linda Draxton (Dan), Scott Marquardt (Barb) and Jean Anderson (Tim); his grandchildren, Angela Hilo (Ryan Feiner), Nicole Hilo, Jacob Draxton (Mary), Andrea Carey (Dan), Megan Wetterling (Brett), Danny Marquardt (Hannah Wise), Karly and Maren Anderson; his great grandchildren, Teagan and Landon Carey; and his siblings, Doris Bjorlin and Allen Marquardt (Eileen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
