He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Benjamin and Mary Benjamin (McAllister); his former wife Arlene Baggenstoss; and his daughter Lori Cullifer. He is survived by: his children, Kim Keetley (Pete), Connie Ling (Joel) and Steve Schultz; his grandchildren, Brooke Graham (Chris), Kassey Marshall (Aaron), Riley Cullifer, Katie Ling and Thomas Ling; his great grandchildren, Carter, Ashlynn, Calvin, Spencer, Madelyn and David; his wife Cheryl Yesulis; his siblings, Donna Urbanski (Roger), Robert D. Benjamin Sr. (Kathy) and Dennis Benjamin (LeAnne); and his sister-in-law Rosie Hentges. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Dale's family in his memory.
