He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Friday; his children, Andrea Doran (Steve) and Derek Kozlak (Katy); his stepchildren, Joe Thome and Jenni Thome (Shane Halverson); his siblings, Tom Kozlak (DeeDee), Kathy Kozlak and Stephanie Johnson (Chuck); and his brother-in-law Ed Friday (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & loving cousins.
