He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Paul Kell II and Doris Eloise Kell. He is survived by: his children, Melissa (Alex), Thomas Paul IV (Kelly) and C. J. (Heather); his grandchildren, Thomas V and Connor; his brother Bill (Tina); and his nephews, Zach (Bre) and Josh (Lyndy). He is also survived by two grandnieces and three grandnephews.
