He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Horan Sr. and Catherine Horan. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Whipple (Dan); his sister Patricia Eliason (Jerry) of St. Germain, WI; his former wife Virginia R. Amundson of Harris, MN; and his grandsons, Daniel E., David J. and Joshua I. Whipple. He is also survived by niece and nephew; other family; and friends.
