Steven D. Austreng Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven D. Austreng of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Austreng and Eleanor Austreng (Tempelis); his brother Gregory'Jaws'Austreng; his nephew Tom Krause; and his parents-in-law, Oryle Maynard and Beverly (Bob Shears).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Maynard; his son Nicholas Austreng (Amanda) of Woodbury, MN; his grandchildren, Elsa, Theo and George; and his sisters-in-law, Jody Austreng of Superior, Debbie Skowlund (Randy) of Superior, DeeDee Krause (Kirk) of Superior, Barb Krause (Kim) of Superior and Patty Paton (Chuck) of Superior. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Downs Life Celebration Center (1902 N 34th St, Superior, WI 54880). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
