He is survived by: his wife Louise; his daughters, Carole Birchem (Vincent) and Colleen McGraw (Daniel); his granddaughters, Kimberly Mandis, Carrie Campion (Ryan) and Caitlin Anfinson (Carl); his great grandchildren, Shaindel, Kieran and Sean; and his siblings, Joyce Allen (Roger), Roald (Kathy) and David. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
