She was predeceased by: her parents, David Samson and Helen Samson of Hibbing Minnesota; and her stepson Patrick McNamee. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Danielle; her stepchildren, Joseph McNamee (North Branch) and Elisa Storey (Sauk Rapids); and her siblings, Carol Avalos (California), Debbie Nordstrom and David Samson of Hibbing. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and so, so many wonderful friends.
