He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Ostgard and Emily Ostgard. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jensrud; his children, Kyle (Shayla), Casey (McKenzie) and Cary (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Grayson, Watson and Easton; his siblings, Randy Ostgard (Jamie), Michele Ostgard (Henry Gutierrez), Ron Ostgard and Amanda Austin (Eric); his siblings-in-law, Troy Jensrud (Tami) and Tana Minich (Keith); and his father-in-law Jack Jensrud (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to your local youth hockey association or the American Heart Association.
